The rainy season didn't waste any time making its presence felt this year. Even though Fabian is in the outskirts of the country's area of responsibility, it's still bringing a lot of rain into Luzon. That also means Metro Manila is seeing its fair share of flooding.
Per the MMDA, there are several trouble spots brewing around the National Capitol Region. Here are some of them:
