Who is Automart.Ph?

Automart.Ph is your trusted online used and repossessed car buying platform. You can get thousands of low-price, high quality cars from Automart.Ph. We are a small  company, founded late 2017, but with large dreams and goals for the next few months. Read more about that here: Our Stake on the Ground.

Automart.Ph is a brand name and website fully owned and operated by QMarketz Corp (short for Quality Marketplace Corp). Qmarketz's reason for being is to provide Assets for All.

What Does Work Look Like?

We allow 100% work from home for roles that don't require you to be on-site. Our meetings are done remotely via Google Meet. We trust and empower our employees, so they have a great deal of freedom on how they achieve their work - as long as they deliver. In fact, that's one of our core values - Trusted and Empowered Employees.

For those that opt to work from the office (and we have a lot of folks who prefer this!), we allow people to sleep and work from the office. We do this so that our team members can be safe working while there's a pandemic. We've got fast internet, comfortable accommodations, free food and a cool office vibe. Some team members recently bought a Nintendo Switch. We have offices in Cavite, Batangas, Davao, Quezon City and Bulacan which can accommodate this arrangement.

Of course, we have roles where you're required to be on-site, such as on-ground adviser roles.

Depending on your role, we can have flexible times, but we have core work hours of 10am to 4pm where we expect you to be at the office. For operations-related work that require you to be at your station at a prescribed time, we expect you to follow this time.

Where is Automart.Ph Located

We are literally nationwide - that's Davao, Cebu, Laguna, Bulacan, Batangas, Pampanga, Cagayan De Oro, Bacolod and Cavite, and we operate from all of these equally. We should be expanding even more soon.

Who are You?

  1. Hustle/ Startup Mindset- We have a small but growing team, and everyone is expected to pitch in where needed. We have a functioning, not fancy office. You must know which tasks are important, and which ones can slide. Having worked or founded a startup is a major plus.
  2. Autonomous and self-starting - We need people who see the big picture and work with minimal supervision. They must be confident in their skills. When they see an opportunity, they pounce.
  3. Can work in ambiguity and unstructured environments

Product Manager

  1. Become the Product CEO - ensure that the product you’ll be assigned to is launched and succeeds in the marketplace.
  2. Grow a business from nearly-scratch, to a nationwide and even SEA-wide product. Note: for this role, previous online entrepreneurship experience strongly preferred.
  3. User Interface/ User Experience (UX/ UI) research and development experience highly preferred.
  4. If you've developed or launched a website or app before, we need you!
  5. Coordinate with different departments, especially marketing and IT within the company to achieve your vision and goals
  6. Become the de-facto operations manager for the brand/ service/ product
  7. Hire new, great people into the company as needed

Web Developer (Node, React)

  1. We're still a tech-company, so we need more superstar developers to bring our plans to life!
  2. React.JS experience 1-2 years.
  3. Experience in working with UX/ UI Designers to bring the vision together.
  4. Language: React.JS + NodeJS (working knowledge is fine)
  5. Framework: Next.JS
  6. Other Dev Tools: Git
  7. Experience using Asana and Google Sheets preferred.

SEM/ Digital Performance Marketing Manager

  1. Manage Digital Accounts especially Facebook and Google Ads
  2. Optimize our digital ads. We expect major, continuous improvements in terms of return on ad spend
  3. Knowledge of the marketing funnel and ability to fatten up the funnel at whatever stage, while keeping cost per success manageable
  4. Oversee creative design work, better yet, create designs using Canva, Photoshop, etc., which are professionally executed
  5. Coordinate with small team on how digital marketing efforts relate to the overall goal of the company

Marketing Manager

  1. Map out the path, and develop the Automart.Ph Brand. Make Automart.Ph a household name synonymous to great, quality used cars within the next two (2) years
  2. Help CEO and other key managers with strategy and decision-making through data analysis
  3. Lead important marketing projects and company-wide efforts. Create and execute marketing campaigns and strategies.
  4. Be responsible for Brand Health and Brand Growth - ensure that we have a 5-star rating among our target market
  5. Help Grow Sales through sound, aggressive and great marketing
  6. Conduct/ lead market researches and distill useful insights from them
  7. Evaluate competitors

Experience We're Looking For:

  1. If you’ve worked in a startup before, better yet, have founded one, great! Best if it was a tech one.
  2. You must have managed and launched projects and major initiatives for companies before, so you understand the planning, effort and skills necessary.
  3. 3-5 Years working in a marketing and/ or digital marketing role highly preferred, with demonstrable examples of success
  4. Knows how to use Asana, Trello or similar project management tools. Google drive too.
  5. In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Marketing, Facebook Ads Marketing, Search Engine Optimization and other Organic Marketing Channels. Brand Management, a digital brand is even better

Product Manager - Davao or Cebu

  1. Be in charge of the success or failure of a product line within Automart.Ph.
  2. Launch and exponentially grow new product and service lines within Automart.Ph. Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to attain growth targets.
  3. Understand customer needs intimately, and be able to translate these into new product or service features.
  4. Be the leader and central coordinator across different departments, such as Development, HR, Admin, Product, Sales, Business Development, Etc.

Experience We're Looking For:

  2. You must have managed and launched projects and major initiatives for companies before, so you understand the planning, effort and skills necessary.
  3. 2-3 Years working in product or project management highly preferred, with demonstrable examples of success. Knows how to use Asana, Trello or similar project management tools. Google drive too.

Management Trainee

  1. Help CEO and other key managers with strategy and decision-making through data analysis and research
  2. Lead and initiate important projects and company-wide efforts. Be responsible for growth of key product/s or channel/s. Foster and initiate cross departmental collaboration to achieve project and business goals.
  3. Create feasibility studies for new business plans/strategies and propose action plans
  4. Learn new concepts and skill sets (across different disciplines) thereby applying these to enhance business strategies, processes and projects
  5. Participate in different department meetings to gain an understanding of business plans and strategies. Gain consumer insights.

Experience We're Looking For:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any Business or Management related course, or with prior work experience related to Business/Management
  2. 0-2 Years working in a project management or management trainee role highly preferred, with demonstrable examples of success.

Business Development Manager

  1. Identify key strategic partners and customers to work with.
  2. Interface/ meet with point people through complex business decisions and sales, to close contracts worth hundreds of millions of pesos.
  3. Provide strong after-sales support, to keep the relationship strong. Troubleshoot issues that key partners have with our company.

Experience We're Looking For:

  2. You must have managed and launched projects and major initiatives for companies before, so you understand the planning, effort and skills necessary.
  3. 2 years in Business Development highly preferred, with demonstrable examples of success. Knows how to use Asana, Trello or similar project management tools. Google drive too.

Sales Administrator

  1. Ensure that all cars are up and with correct information on the platform
  2. Work with on-ground advisers to have complete photos of cars all the time
  3. Reupload cars every Wednesday
  4. Send bids to bank(s) as needed, ensuring complete information
  5. Activate users after checking that their bid deposits have successfully gone through; ensure that the account number is correct
  6. Monitor contact inbox and answer emails in a timely fashion
  7. Monitor and follow-up loans with bank
  8. Improve and maintain CRM working correctly and ensure all follow correct procedure; come up with procedure improvements as needed
  9. Follow-up with key partners on payments, loans and papers

Experience We're Looking For:

  1. Previous Administration or Executive Assistant Role
  2. Other detail-oriented roles in the past would also be considered

Content Creator and/ or Manager

  1. Digital content creation is your forte.
  2. You write blog articles and content that rank highly with Google Search Engine (SEO Optimized).
  3. You create visually appealing media (stills and videos if possible) that can captivate and educate. You can create explainer videos and graphics.
  4. You are able to simplify relatively complex concepts and instructions, so that customers can easily understand.
  5. Understand platforms: FB, Google, LinkedIn, Twitter, and to a lesser extent, Quora and other digital channels
  6. Social media
  7. Experience in targeting and growing social media followers and fans on a lean, limited budget
  8. Create and fill a social media calendar with engaging, educational and on-brand posts. Preferably be able to create content that can go viral.
  9. Experience in nourishing/ interacting and working with special interest facebook groups, including their moderators and admins
  10. Can create, track and analyze social media campaigns and iterate from there, using Google Analytics and/ or Zoho Social.
  11. Prefers to grow user base organically vs paid
  12. Etc - do whatever it takes to make us known in the social media we engage in.
  13. For the manager position, we expect that you can handle a small team of content creators and writers
